RedLaser is a realtime barcode scanner for your iPhone. It does NOT require autofocus! RedLaser searches for online prices and lets you email a list of scanned products to yourself or a friend. Through two scanning modes, RedLaser supports all standard UPC and EAN barcodes - the most common formats used around the world!
[IMPORTANT NOTES]
1) If you have trouble - PLEASE CONTACT US before you write a bad review. We will help you figure out what's going on!
2) On the new 3GS, Realtime scanning WORKS, but the photo taking mode DOES NOT WORK. We will be fixing this soon in an update.
3) RedLaser can only query prices in USD, EUR, and GBP. Change your search type under Settings.
4) Realtime scanning [Lighting bolt icon] supports 12-digit UPC codes. For books or other EAN-13 codes, use the photo-based mode [Camera icon] or manual entry.
5) Once more, FOR BOOKS, USE CAMERA MODE FOR NOW!!!
