A MagicSlate Tablet-based Magic Trick

A deceptively simple magic trick! A member of the audience chooses a number and you guess it, correctly, instantly, and simply! It seems simple... but there is a super-secret twist, that will keep them guessing, just when they think they've figured it out!

When you FIRST run the app, you have the chance to enter your email address, and the secret will be emailed to you. After that, the interface is strictly for the audience. You don't even need to touch the device or see the screen!

1) The audience is presented with a chalkboard/slate showing numbers 1 to 5.

2) Select an audience member and hand them your iPhone or iPod touch.

3) Ask them to select a number, by touching it. Tell them to read the message that pops up, and to concentrate on the number.

4) They should pass the device to other people so that each audience member will know what number was chosen.

When ready, you announce the number! Amazing!
