Healthy Me offers an integrated way to keep track of your weight, nutrition, and general well-being.

Features:
– Keep a running log of your weight:
• Customize your target weight
• Watch your weight decrease as the days go by
• See how close you are to reaching your goal with a handy progress bar
• Encouraging messages change at milestones on your road to healthiness
– Track the following throughout the day:
• Nutrition via 6 food groups
• Water intake (8 glasses per day)
Reminders to live healthily every day:

The first time you open Healthy Me:
1. Press the “i” icon in the lower right to access preferences.
2. Set your goal weight and starting weight.
3. Choose the daily servings you want for in each food group.
4. Press “Done” in the upper right to return to the main screen.
5. Start your health goals with Healthy Me! Each morning, the app will set your daily goals back to zero and increment the weight-tracking.

Note: Setting your weight the first time should be done with the above method, as you can adjust with the easy-to-use slider.
