Customers who upgrade from The New York Times Crosswords Daily 2009 will continue to have access to the same great daily puzzles for the remainder of 2009 as part of their purchase. However, beginning January 1, those customers will be able to purchase 30-day, 180-day, or 365-day subscription packages within the game to continue playing daily puzzles and accessing the archives. After December 31, 2009, both versions will continue to work with the included puzzle bundle without a subscription renewal.
