This app will let you track productivity of various people assigned to a group on the various productivity factors within that group.

Example: Let's say you are leading a group of sales, engineering & administrative people. You could have different productivity factors for different groups. A group in sales could have productivity factors like 'Arrive by 9am', 'leave after 6pm' (both with weight of 1 each) and 'making 10 new sales pitch' with a weight of 5. Now you can track it on the frequency that you have assigned (weekdays), see charts to track progress, compare within a group, or compare employees' performance within a group. Weighted chart will show you overall progress, or compare overall progress. You can also export in MS Excel or Mac' Numbers app readable exported CSV (comma separated) file.

This same progress can be tracked and compared for each group; employees & productivity factors for administrative staff will be different from that of sales or engineering.


Features:

1. Create Productivity Groups.
2. Create Productivity Factors with weight (1 to 5) for each Productivity Group.
3. Add as many Resources (employees, students, etc.) as possible to the groups.
4. Productivity Factors could be daily, weekly (like weekdays or any subset of days in a week) and likewise monthly.
5. Score a +1 or -1 for each due day for each productivity factor; missed days automatically score a -1 for due days.
6. View progress chart for each Productivity factor/ resource. You can also view stats for a resource+Productivity factor.
7. View weighted chart for any subset or all of factors.
8. Compare resources productivity within a group, with weighted or individual factors in any combination.
9. Export data in Excel readable CSV format.
10. Edit history data in case you missed entering data.
